1.Using hellodb

Use the service lawfully. You agree not to:

• Use it for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems, infrastructure or other users’ schemas
• Interfere with the service or place a deliberately unreasonable load on it
• Reverse engineer, copy or misuse the service beyond what the law permits
• Use it in a way that harms other users or the service itself

2.Your account

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for activity that happens under yours.

Agent tokens act on your behalf. Treat them as credentials, and revoke any you no longer use. Tell us if you believe one has been exposed.

3.Your content stays yours

Schemas you create belong to you. Nothing here transfers ownership.

You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store, process and display your content back to you and to the people you share it with. That permission ends when you delete the content. We do not use your schemas to train AI models.

4.Sharing is your decision

Public share links are readable by anyone holding the link, without an account. Whether to create one, and who to give it to, is your call. You can rotate a link at any time, which revokes the previous one.

5.Price and availability

hellodb is free to use today, and there is no billing of any kind. Features, limits and pricing may change in future, and we may add paid plans; if that happens it will not retroactively charge you for use that was free.

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6.Experimental features

Some features ship early. They may change, break or be withdrawn without notice. The MCP server and agent access in particular are evolving, and their interfaces may change.

7.Our intellectual property

The hellodb software, interface, design and branding belong to us. Your schemas are not covered by this and remain yours.

8.Third-party services

hellodb integrates with Google for sign-in and runs on third-party cloud infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9.No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties about availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and error-free operation.

hellodb is a design tool. It draws schemas and exports files; it does not connect to or modify your databases, and you are responsible for reviewing anything you take from it before using it against a real system.

10.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including lost data or lost profits.

Because the service is provided free of charge, our total liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

11.Indemnity

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of someone else’s rights.

12.Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken or where continued use puts the service or its users at risk.

You may stop using hellodb at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. Clauses on intellectual property, liability and indemnity survive termination.

13.Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, cloud provider failures and government action.

14.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

15.Changes

These terms may be updated. Changes take effect on publication, and the revision date at the top always reflects the current version.
